The aim of “Online Bidding” is maintaining the Tender details, Employee details (department wise), Buyer details and Item Information details. The basic function of this system is to make the tender documents available online to the customers. This application is going to maintain a list of invitations to tender details. Once tender is closed then the report will be generated automatically with granted tender details. In this Online Bidding the highest bidder will become the owner of the particular tender.
This is a plan to make tender publishing online. As a part of it, tender data is recorded along with particulars of the products, their specifications and conditions. Tenders published will be visible to the visitors of the site till the closing date of tender.
